Who am I?

If I skip the deep thoughts about identity and focus on my roles and personality, then in short—as the youngest son in the family, I had a lot of choices, and from an early age, I decided what I would say yes to. My “yes” went to three universities, three corporations, and three countries where I currently spend my time (Czech Republic, Spain, Slovakia), to relationships, opportunities, and challenges. Eventually, I ventured into entrepreneurship, experiencing what it’s like to stand entirely on my own, even in my professional life. I enjoy people, and I’m fortunate to have wonderful people around me—at home, at work, and in my social circles.

The image I have of myself: I’m full of joy, zest for life, always seeking resources and opportunities in the situations I encounter. I often create unique combinations and connections, whether it’s activities or people.

Mr. Feher

Why do I do it?

I enjoy what I do; it feels meaningful and fulfilling. Even when harder situations and doubts arise, it’s all quite all right. I’ve come to realize the “cards” I’ve been dealt in life, and I’m “playing” with them.

I love using creativity, courage, and trust. I often search for the essence of things, probing and exploring, and then learning to turn complexities into simpler things.

I receive a lot from life, and I try to amplify it and give it back.

What do I do?

I strive to make the world a little better—through my actions and activities. This goal drives the organizations I own, establish, or am a part of, as well as my personal development efforts. Looking back, I see that learning has been a recurring theme, a red thread running through all my endeavors.

Currently, you can find me engaged in:

Supporting the operations of my organizations, staying in close contact with CEOs, and still actively involved in certain areas of development.
Exploring a new interest in education and development, particularly focusing on supporting corporate clients.
Applying the knowledge I’ve gained and passing it on to clients through various techniques (coaching, mentoring, etc.).
Learning how to communicate, support, and live better.

What I Say

Mr. Feher

I know a company can work differently. With trust, openness and respect.
But also with toughness, clear boundaries and a healthy dose of 'no bullshit'.

I say that change doesn't start with a PowerPoint, but with an honest conversation.
That hard decisions, uncomfortable feedback and fair goodbyes are part of a healthy business. And there's no shame in saying it out loud.

I don't avoid my own mistakes. I often talk about moments that didn't work out, because those are the ones that move us forward the most. I know how to name what is just a 'nice wish' and what is real progress.

I help owners and leaders grow without losing themselves or destroying important relationships. I don't sell instant solutions, I don't play the miracle mentor.

I offer the perspective of someone who has 'put in the hard work'. I’ll show up if there's interest, and I tell the truth even when it hurts. I'm here for those who want progress, depth and truth. If you only want a 'pleasant feeling', I'm not your person.

When I Get the Chance to Speak

I don't go on stage, into discussions or podcasts because I know more than others.
I go because I'm not afraid to ask the questions that others are often afraid to ask,
and to open up topics that are much discussed in the break room but few admit in front of the rest of the company. Instead of long theories, I offer direct experience from real life. I'm not afraid to open up conflicts, name tensions, talk about money, power, farewells with respect, or the (non)sense of work.

People often tell me that I'm able to name what everyone senses but few dare to say out loud. I enjoy it when, after a discussion or workshop, someone says: "This hadn't been said here yet, and it's exactly what we needed to hear." I'm glad when a debate doesn't end just with applause, but mainly with people truly moving forward.
